README is very developer-oriented, which is ok but the top part of the README should be well-presented.

  • Add a nice cover image
  • User friendly description of what the hub is about, how to use it or download it, links to getalby.com, nwc.dev etc.
  • etc.

@MoritzKa @stackingsaunter do you guys have any thoughts? I can propose something in a PR for review. I guess the cover image will need to wait until we have a proper design of Alby Hub
