[BUG] Two Alby password insert windows when restoring tabs on open browser

Describe the bug

Hi, I restored my browser tabs after I closed my Brave Browser, and I clicked in the extension icon to insert my Alby extension password. But at the same time I was typing the password, a new Alby popup windows appeared (probably because I was restoring a nostr web client page)

Steps To Reproduce

1- With Nostter.app page opened, close the browser
2- Open the browser and restore the closed windows
3- Click in the Alby extension icon in the browser and start to type the password

Expected behavior

Do not popup a new Alby window at the same time I was typing the Alby extension password.
