Hey! i would like to work on this issue and also the pages. are there any framework/design requirements for the project? |

Thanks for volunteering, would love help! We're intentionally avoiding/minimizing frontend tooling (frameworks, libraries) wherever possible. There are a few libraries already that were unavoidable, but we want there to be as little third-party code as possible so that auditing the behavior of the app is as straightforward as it can be. Since we're not expecting this app to be a very complex app nor are we expecting rapid and active development on different parts of the UI by different teams, I don't think we need any frameworks. I also personally would like to avoid complicating the dev setup too much with lots of build-tools, so I don't think we should have typescript or webpack or any of that stuff involved, at least not yet (perhaps later). I like the logo I designed, and the placement of the outer dot kind of partially off the top of the page. But other than that, I don't have any design constraints at all, except that it's a mobile-first app (rarely used on a desktop), so the design should be friendly to that. We'll need a simple nav for the basic pages:
A lot of the design challenge will come once we start actually building real stuff for the controls (calendars, graphs, dashboards, etc) in the logged-in pages. I don't have a great handle on all that functionality yet, but for sure:

One thing to add that shouldn't we first do some brainstorming on ideas and make a small software requirements document along with wireframes of designs and all?? I hope it could provide us a kind of a roadmap to follow... |

I made some little tests on my own with my meager design skills, to try to start a brainstorm around the concept. Can I have an invite so I can maybe put these in the Figma project? Will continue when I have more time :).

I was about to write the same hehe, with my crazy period's mood swings I will feel like a bull, the design looks very cool otherwise! So would it be possible to have the same design with a different color schema? Blue sounds good, I want to throw purple in here in case no one thought of it, maybe combo it with some creamy white. I would love to see an onboarding screen like @uttej-vsk said. Please don't forget usual period length, timeframe between periods and asking if the user has irregular or regular periods |

Sorry for commenting again, I sent my request to join the figma board. I would like to propose to work on each screen separately if we have the time to do so, because I think that, for example, working on the calendar might seem like an easy task but doing it right can really make a difference. I've been looking at some designs and there are many ways of doing this: I just mean to say, let's do this with love. As a user if the app doesn't look nice I would never use it even if it's the best app in the entire world 🙈 |

With that in mind I do like the first(flo) design and the third one too. Especially with the third design I like the color schema as @laurelthorburn and @artnerdnet mentioned with using blue/green, purple/creamy white. Even a mix of pastel shades as in the third design would look good. |

Before we decide on or proceed with designs, we need to lay out the organization of pages (the information hierarchy, navigation, etc). If someone can tackle that, I think we can unblock the design work. |
