@jaroslawk12 I want to make sure that you saw we have added Comments into each feedback now! It works the same as commenting on Issues, and it'll show a activity like when the feedback was resolved/unresolved |
@jaroslawk12 I updated the title of this one to try to capture the label idea, we haven't forgot about that and we're working to make it easier to slice things beyond the inbox/resolved options we have now. |

Problem Statement
Hello,
I would suggest creating the possibility to add comments to the User Feedback. Many times, feedbacks are processed by several developers, and it would be great to have a place to provide information about the processing status or insights (something like activity for issue events).
Another suggestion is related to the management of feedback. Currently, there are two lists: inbox and resolved. It would be great if it were possible to add more lists, such as processed, waiting, or others. If that's not possible, labels would also be satisfying.
