WUD v8 is live!

Hi,

WUD 8.0.0 has just been released.

• New features have been added (and a new logo for the fun; hope you like it 😄 )
• The runtime (node.js) has been updated to v23
• The base image has been changed from alpine to debian (slim) for compatibility reasons

❗ Beware! changes to registry configuration are not backward compatible; you need to adjust your env vars as explained in the documentation.

I just upgraded and noticed that things started to break. I decided to poke around the docs to see if there were changes and noticed the registry changes, which is what prompted to me to look in the Issues and Discussions. I found this post because of the issue.

@fmartinou, I think it might be helpful to let people know in the release notes about this (semi) breaking change.

I see that you only mentioned the breaking change on your changelog, which I don't usually visit. I usually visit the releases page to review the latest changes.
