I need the following PRs exposed on crates (to unblock blade-graphics):

• Add ComputePassDescriptorRef::set_dispatch_type #335
• Add CounterSampleBuffer::resolve_counter_range #336
• Add AccelerationStructurePassDescriptor #337

Actually, I think we'd want to release everything except for sample_buffer changes (which is the only API breakage) as 0.30.1

I don't see an amazingly large point to doing this, especially as metal-rs is deprecated, but if you prep it, I'll release it.

Unrelated to anything, could you pop on the matrix and give jimb and I admin on all the matrix channels?

objc2-metal as the mac ecosystem moves over from the abandoned objc crate to the objc2 family of crates, which are mostly autogenerated (iirc)
