really great to see so much more documentation in wgpu-hal recently :)
good to go once dx12 links are fixed.
Oh and while you're editing again, could you add a general note on "improved wgpu_hal documentation" in the changelog under documentation? Not important to list each PR, but I think it's nice to call out because I believe people complained about lack of docs in hal in the past
