<h3>General Rules</h3>
<p>1.Please make sure you are available on reporting time for on-desk payment and fixtures.<br>
2.There should be no fighting, cursing or trolling (with contestants).<br>
3.Obey the coordinators at any given point in time and any complaints should be reported to them. DO NOT TAKE ANY CORRECTIONAL ACTIONS ON YOUR OWN.
<br>
4.Shouting of advice or observations during play is FORBIDDEN.
<br>
5.Please ENSURE THAT AFTER PAYMENT, YOU ARE AVAILABLE DURING THE TIME YOUR GAME WOULD BE PLAYED AS ABSENTEEISM WOULD LEAD TO A WALK OVER.
<br>
6.Any person causing damage to the equipment shall be held accountable to reimburse, in full, for all repair or replacement expenses arising from such conduct.
<br>
7.All systems must be used ONLY for the purpose for which they are intended.
<br>
8.No food and beverages is allowed into the zone.
<br>
9. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.<br>
"In addition to these rules and regulations, supplementary instructions will be enforced for individual events. Please go through the respective section for more details."

<h3 id="FIFA">FIFA 15</h3>
<p>1. Players would be separated into groups of 4 – 5 and play each other in a round robin format to accumulate points (3 for win, 1 for draw, 0 for loss). ONLY ONE PLAYER (player with the highest points) WOULD ADVANCE TO THE NEXT STAGE.<BR>
2. Tie breaker rules : The following criteria (in order of priority) is used to determine rankings:<BR>
a. Points scored<BR>
b. Goals difference<BR>
c. Head to head win<BR>
3. Game settings are as follows:<BR>
a. Mode: Kick off<BR>
b. Team: Club or country<BR>
c. Half length: 4 mins for group stage; 5 mins for elimination stages<BR>
d. Level: World class<BR>
e. Extra time: No(Except for semis and finals)<BR>
f. Multiplayer Camera: Tele Broadcast<br><BR>
g. Camera settings: Default<BR>
h. Injuries: On<BR>
i. Off sides: On<BR>
j. Game speed: Normal<BR>
k. Time of day: Day<BR>
l. Weather: CLEAR<BR>
4.Players have 2 minutes to set their formations and tactics<BR>
5.Players can pause twice during breaks (offside, throwing etc) to adjust their formations. NO PLAYER SHOULD PAUSE DURING ACTIVE PLAY.<BR>
a. And once more ONLY IF A PLAYER IS INJURED AND WANTS TO BE SUBSTITUTED.
<BR>
b. Additionally, players can pause one more time ONLY IF A PLAYER IS INJURED OR GIVEN A RED CARD.
<BR>
6. In the event where the game is interrupted e.g power failure, the following actions would be taken:
<BR>
a. If no player has scored and the game was in the first half, the whole game is replayed.
<BR>
b. If a player has scored and the game was in the early stage of the first half (below the 25th minute), the whole game is replayed with the no of goals scored added to the player/s who scored them.
<BR>
c. If a player has scored and the game is in the later stages of the first half (above the 25th minute), only one half would be played with the numbers of goals scored added to the player/s who scored them.
<BR>
d. For any other scenarios outside this, the judge would decide based on his discretion.<BR>

<h3 id="CSGO">Counter Strike:Global Offensive</h3>
<p>
1. The game version used will be Gloabal Offensive v.1.34.7.6<br>
2.Competition 5 vs 5.<br>
3.Rounds : 30 Rounds (Max rounds format) : 15 rounds as Terrorists and 15 rounds as Counter Terrorists per team (If a team scores 16 rounds first, the match is ended immediately.)<br>
4.The initial teams allocation (Counter Terrorist or Terrorist) will be decided by a knife round.<br>
5.Victory Condition : The first team to win 16 rounds.<br>
6.Round Time : 1 minute 45 seconds<br>
7.In the case of a tie after regulation, 6 extra rounds will be played. (3 rounds as Terrorists / 3 rounds as Counter Terrorists per team)<br>
8.Extra Round restart money: $10,000<br>
9.Official Maps: De_Dust2, De_Inferno, De_Nuke , De_Train
<br>
10.Only team leaders are allowed to use public in game messages (messagemode1) within a match. The rule also applies when dead.
<br>
11.Use of messagemode1 by any member other than the team leader shall result in a warning.<br>
12.Other team members must only use team message (messagemode2), while in a match.<br>
13.The player is deemed dead when the screen is completely faded to black. If a bug occurs and the screen doesn't fade to black, the player is deemed dead three seconds after he/she has fallen.
<br>
14.Team members may communicate verbally if they are alive in the match or when all team members are dead.<br>
15.Any player who has died cannot communicate with any other team member or opponent until the beginning of the next round.
<br>
16.If a player continues to communicate after he/she is killed, the team may be given a warning or lose by default at the referees sole discretion.<br>
17.If a serve failure or unintended disconnection occurs during a match, the match will be restarted. If the disconnection is intended, the team will be liable to penalty. If a server crashes before 3 rounds have been completed, the server is to be restarted, and the score will be reset i.e 0-0. If he server crashes after the 4th round, the server will be restarted but the scores from the previous rounds will be retained<br> </p>

<h3 id="COD">Call of Duty 4(2009)</h3>
<p>
1.Competition 5 vs 5.<br>
2.Matches will be decided on the spot.<br>
3.Players will be provided with a standard keyboard and mouse. Other Controllers are allowed.<br>
4.Winner will be decided by best of Three .</br>
5.In case of a tie - Sniper/Knife/Pistol match will be played in Shipment.<br>
6.For any other scenarios, the coordinator would decide based on his/her discretion.<br>

1. Game Version : NFS Most Wanted (2012)<BR>
2. Rules for Preliminaries :<BR>
a. Game Type : Circuit , Sprint<BR>
b. The Circuit is for 2 rounds<BR>
c. Players getting the 1st position shall qualify for the next round<BR>
3. Rules for the tournament:<BR>
a. The tournament will be knock out.<BR>
b. The player who wins their 1st stage match advances to the next stage.<BR>
4. Game Settings<BR>
a. Courses: Course selection is done by the Game Admininstrator
<BR>
b. Car Settings : All cars are available.
<BR>
c. Race Mode Options:
<BR>
i. Nitrous: On
<BR>
ii. Collision Detection: ON
<BR>
iii. Performance Matching: Off
<BR>
iv. Units: Player's own discretion
<BR>
d. Player Mode Options:
<BR>
i. Game Moment Camera: Off
<BR>
ii. Car Damage: Off
<BR>
iii. Rear View Mirror: Player's own discretion.
