  • Prioritize removing all packages created by "bad" humans and organizations.

  • Create a repository for a composer.json file with conflict containing all packages from blocked users/organizations. (Hourly Automated Builds)

  • If composer reports conflicts, remove all offending packages.

No forks allowed, reinvent all the wheels!

Howdy @ghostwriter :) I hope you don't mind me commenting here, so that I can follow this.

With that being said, I've become a big fan of your work recently, and me being someone who still feels far out of the loop in PHP, you've inspired me to reconsider my approach to my repo structure, workflows, etc. It's something I need to work on still, but wanted to say thanks for all that you do. :)
