Resolve the bug in filtering appointments

On filtering we have one redux action already we just have to check why its not working fine .

Requirements is we should update the table data on the basis of query we are typing and that data should be updated on both the parts of the tables like physical and remote appointments.

Parameters query could have: Name of patient / anything from appintment id / anything from patient id
