Search matching pagenames overlapping

Description

I seem to be having problems when performing a search. When you type a word in the search bar and hit search, if there are documents with long names in Matching pagenames: the text is overlapping each other quite a bit. I did a lot of searching for this issue and seem to be an issue with the older Bootstrap 3 but seems to still be a problem with the new version as well.

If I use the Dokuwiki template, the search works perfect, but when I use the bootstrap 3 template, the search is over writing each other when the names are long. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this issue? It makes it impossible to read all the results for the search. I have tried searching for a work around or fix but I cannot seem to find anything that helps. I am not that great with coding but trying the best I can. Any help would be very grateful. Thanks.

Steps to reproduce

1. [First Step] Changed the template to Dokuwiki template and issue is not there.
2. [Second Step] Change back to Bootstrap 3 template and the issue is still there.
3. Installed fresh copy of Bootstrap3 Template v2020-07-29 and DokuWiki Release 2020-07-29 "Hogfather" only with no plugins and still having the same issue.
