Great job, but lacks a few things to be production-ready

I want to congratulate you first on this project, it is one of the fastest e-commerce frameworks I came across so far. I really like it as I was looking for a lightweight e-commerce system for my future shop. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I don't think it is yet production-ready and I will tell you why:

1. Right out of the box, I got SQL errors on Digital Assets. After that, navigation goes crazy unless I reload the home page.
2. The web editor shifts blocks (i.e. I hover over a block but another one is being selected). Top icons (including Save) dissapear.
3. A lot of various errors trying to install plugins or do regular maintenance tasks
4. Lack of verbose documentation (for example, I wasn't able to find a clear guide on file permissions needed, which generated a lot of errors and trials).
5. Lack of more e-commerce themes.
6. A way of tagging stable and production-grade plugins. For example, there are 2 Stripe plugins and it is not clear which one is mature to be used.

Now, I am aware this is a one-man project and I know this is hard work. I just wanted to point a few issues that prevent your project for being used by more people, as for a live production environment you really need a stable and predictable system. I'm sure it will get better with each release and I'm following the improvements.
