Can't get to pass any data #2

Hi, I have followed the instructions and get:

[Thu Sep 12 08:18:16 2019] [::1]:60470 [200]: /getBranchPropertyList.php

Trouble is that is it, no data. All examples the same.

I am using linux with composer, have created the public_html folder and copied the examples over.

Please could someone tell me where I have gone wrong?
