htmlParseEntityRef has no line number

I have tested some files on my site:

- staging/about/index.html
  *  internal script assets/app.js does not exist (line 109)
  *  linking to internal hash # that does not exist (line 28)
- staging/positions/customerservice.html
  *  htmlParseEntityRef: no name
  *  htmlParseEntityRef: no name
  *  internal script assets/app.js does not exist (line 171)
  *  linking to internal hash # that does not exist (line 28)
- staging/positions/webdesigner.html
  *  internal script assets/app.js does not exist (line 162)
  *  linking to internal hash # that does not exist (line 28)
htmlproof 2.3.0 | Error:  HTML-Proofer found 8 failures!

It would be nice if the htmlParseEntityRef errors also included line numbers.
