New Zealand parser ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10 #2756

When trying to parse the New Zealand data (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/minhealthnz/nz-covid-data/main/cases/covid-cases.csv), python returns a value error due to passing in an invalid parameter to the integer parsing function.

Specifically, age = "70+"
