Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is.

I am frustrated when I feel there are opportunities to improve communication and workflow efficiencies.

As team lead, or as a senior, I want to do a better job at setting expectations and workflow for the team - open to ideas for how to improve communication! We run daily standups during live outbreaks, which we did not do for exercise purposes, but maybe we should have to promote awareness and support consistency?

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

I want to strengthen feedback mechanisms at all levels.

Is there an opportunity for feedback mechanisms within the portal? Or, is Slack the best place to keep track of feedback. if we use the portal- What would these mechanisms look like? What would they capture / enhance? More discussion needed.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

There is also the issue of feedback loops to measure product feature exposure. Through a feedback loop, we could review and work to improve or cut features that curators / users are not engaging with.

I think the combination of #114 along with curators performing any needed manual QA and authoring issues in this repo will go a long way.
