Describe the bug
Manually editing location text fields should prompt user to change lat/long.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the curator portal
Click on '+ Create new' > New line list case
Scroll down to 'Location', enter a location and check that it is correctly geocoded
Save the changes
Edit the case
Scroll down to 'Location' and edit a field (e.g. country or admin fields)
The portal allows the lat/long to be unchanged - this is a user error but a warning would be nice.

Expected behavior
A warning that lat/long should be updated.
