Describe the bug
Manually editing location text fields should prompt user to change lat/long.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the curator portal
  2. Click on '+ Create new' > New line list case
  3. Scroll down to 'Location', enter a location and check that it is correctly geocoded
  4. Save the changes
  5. Edit the case
  6. Scroll down to 'Location' and edit a field (e.g. country or admin fields)
  7. The portal allows the lat/long to be unchanged - this is a user error but a warning would be nice.

Expected behavior
A warning that lat/long should be updated.
