在基于 webpack 的 React 项目中使用 veaury，引入第三方 Vant 组件库时会有编译错误，不知道是否还需要配置其他东西

报错信息是这样的，看了一下具体指向了 vant 组件库中 import vue 的部分，项目中 webpack 已经配置了 veaury-vue-plugin ，其他不知道是不是漏配置了什么导致第三方组件库无法直接使用。
