Describe the bug

(On a dual monitor setup) When closing an ignored window, if the active workspace has no, or only minimized windows, and the other monitor's workspace has an open, not minimized window, it will switch to that workspace.

The biggest problem with this is, that it basically causes flowlauncher to never open programs on an empty workspace, since i usually always have a window open on one of my monitors.

Reproduction

Put a managed window on one of your monitors
Activate the empty monitor's workspace
Close an ignored window

You should now see, the active workspace having changed to where the managed window is.
