[Bug] Windows dont dissapear when switching between workspaces using the cloak hidding method

For example, here you can see i have 2 windows on workspace 1, and i have another window on worspace 3.
The window on workspace 3 is still visible behind the ones on the workspace 1.

Here you can see it better, im using a transparency plugin for sublime text, and u can see the window behind, which is on workspace 2, is visible, while sublime is on workspace 6

It doesnt happen when using hide on hide_method in the config.yaml, only if using the new cloak method.

This has been happening (to me at least) since the introduction of this new hiding method to glazewm, again, doesnt happen with the hide hiding method (the legacy hiding method).

Maybe is an issue related to my Windows version being 8.1 (old i know), but if someone else can replicate this while not being on windows8.1 it would be good.

Switch to the new cloak hiding method.
