The issue is caused by nodejs/node-v0.x-archive#2318. You can find more information here: nodejs/node-v0.x-archive#5841

You can solve this by adding C:\Windows\System32\ to your system PATH and restarting the command prompt.

Hi!

I've got the same error. I've added system32 to my PATH variable, restarted the command line and the error is still there. (screenshot below)
