Configure Webhook

How I can configure the webhook to retrieve information when an order is generated?

The wiki is some confuse for me, i dont know what key I need add in this.

Your address needs to be a full URL, not just the path.

When I try enable the webhook and Install the app on shopify it return this error:

Argument 1 passed to Illuminate\Database\Grammar::parameterize() must be of the type array, integer given, called in /opt/lampp/htdocs/shopify/vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Database/Query/Grammars/Grammar.php on line 884

I tried with this webhook config:
