web hook for jenkins failed always

Description

I configure webhook for my repository. but push test was alway failed.
I change to other repository use same configuration. it test sucessful.
The failed repository is forked from aother repository.

I use chrome send hook request . it is runing sucessfully.
I create new repository and fork it, then it is still not working

I understand, check request headers gitea is sending, there is something that Jenkins (Jetty web server) can not handle because of configuration
