Searching in Pull Requests is only partially case insensitive #31518

Description
When search in "Pull Requests" it seems that only the first character of a word is case insensitive.
For example a PR is named "SomeThing" it can only be find by typing "SomeThing" or "someThing" but not "something".
I haven't tested it on demo.gitea.com.
