I want to use Authentik in Kubernetes.

I read:.

I am missing how the data of the DB gets stored.

It would be great if you could elaborate the docs a bit.

What do you mean? You mean that the persistent volume portion is not shown?
It uses an upstream chart as a dependency as seen here: https://github.com/goauthentik/helm/blob/main/charts/authentik/Chart.yaml#L27#L30 if you enable it.
