Godot version:
v3.5.beta3.official

OS/device including version:
GLES3
All supported operating systems/GPU's.

Issue description:

MultiMeshInstances do not work together with GIProbe and BakedLightMap.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Download and open the included MRP.
  2. Open the test folder in the MRP, there's 2 scenes included, one for GIProbe, and the other for BakedLightMap.
  3. Bake lighting in both scenes to reproduce.

Minimal reproduction project:
