Can you reproduce this on an X11 session?

Nope, on X11 session window resizing works as expected.

So after customizing KDE Plasma a bit I noticed that this bug did not appear anymore. Turns out it only happens with certain window decorations such as Breeze (the default one), Lightly, Genome D, but not with Sweet-Dark or Plastik for some reason. I am not sure whether this is a Godot issue or KDE issue but I have not encountered this with other programs.

I think I'll add this to #78581.

It is a known issue that Godot doesn't really work well with it for some reason.

I got exact same problem, but change to other window decorations does not solve this, I am on Arch, KDE/Wayland

@Yuanhao-JIANG what window decoration did you try? Using Plastik fixes it for me.

I tried Plastik, it does not fix on my side.

Edit: Just tried sweet dark, on this theme it fix the problem! (Though I prefer breeze XD)
