Issue description

When right-clicking on the debugger breakpoint tree, the contextual RMB menu shows up in the incorrect location if selected on a second monitor.
godot windows editor dev x86_64_EalE52pC33

Steps to reproduce

Start the game
Set a breakpoint.
Click on the session tab then write click on the breakpoint in the tree.
Will show up in the incorrect position if Godot is run on a second monitor.
