voidGenerator tool does'nt working properly

I am trying to generate void statistics for diseasome dataset 
http://datahub.io/dataset/fu-berlin-diseasome/resource/15ed9b1e-938a-40e9-b11b-c
848741182bf using de.uni_koblenz.west.splendid.statistics.util.VoidGenerator in 
windows. Every time i get a very big void statistics file which i think is not 
the one i am expecting. I have attached both the data dump and the 
corresponding void statistics file. Can you please let me know if this is 
correct or there is some issue in the code. Thanks
