How to set security headers when expose.type: ingress and tls.enable: false

In the helm-chart templates security headers are being set in case "expose.type" is not "ingress" and tls.enabled:true https://github.com/goharbor/harbor-helm/blob/master/templates/nginx/configmap-https.yaml#L76

Is there a way how to set the following security headers for Harbor in case expose.type: ingress and tls.enabled: false ?

• Strict-Transport-Security
• X-Content-Type-Options
• Cache-control Header
• X-XSS-Protection
