Why do I pull the image after setting the proxy? The image is not displayed in harbor?

I try to make a cache-through registry using harbor.
I read the following document, https://github.com/goharbor/harbor/blob/master/contrib/Configure_mirror.md, and followed it as written.

proxy:
  remoteurl: https://registry-1.docker.io

docker --registry-mirror=https://reg.yourdomain.com daemon

But after pulling, Gabor does not display

Current Harbor doesn't support this feature. and this guide seens out of maintenance. please refer the progress of this issue: #8082
