Test Harbor for OCI conformance then submit for addition to Open Container Initiative OCI-Conformant Products List

I found the website https://conformance.opencontainers.org/ that is part of the Open Container Initiative,
This website lists all OCI-Conformant Container Registries.

I think it would make sense if project Harbor was on that list as well.

Please let me know about any materials or resources that I should learn to get a better understanding of the project and its requirements.

Additionally, I was wondering if there is anything else I can do to get started, such as research and learn about the project from the existing documentation.
