Add option to deactivate first/last paginator buttons on first/last page

On the first page, the "go to previous page" button is disabled but the "go to first page" button is enabled. This button should be disabled, too. Same thing on the last page: the "go to next page" button is disabled, but the "go to last page" button is enabled (should be disabled, too).

• For next there are no way to go after the last, similar for prev (one could argue that one could rotate the paginator)
• first and last are static and fixed links -- and valid from any page. One could argue that they have little value when linking to the same page (as in a reload) -- but I like that symmetry and so that is how it is designed.

Sorry, @bep, but I think you wrote a technical reason, not a usability reason. From the users point of view, where is the difference if you can't go to the next page but you could go to the last page if you are already on the last page? In my opinion this is bad usability. But if you add an option to change this behavior, I'm happy! :-) And thanks a lot to take a look at this!
