LiveReload has started to get flaky on Chrome

This comes from testing #12395. The failing example in that issue now works OK, but if you remove the fingerprinting, I currently need to do a manual refresh of the browser to see the changes. Not sure if this is some new Chrome thing, but I need to have a closer look at this.

Never mind, seems to be a glitch in Chrome (probably a cache issue), now things works as expected (also tested in Safari, Brave and Firefox).
