Expired pages affect taxonomies in Hugo 0.57.0 #6213

Hugo 0.57.0 seems to use/consider expired, regular, pages when assembling taxonomies.

To better explain the problem and avoid injecting my own mistakes, in the https://github.com/baldowl/hugo-0.56.x-vs-0.57.0 I did not add any template on purpose because using the default RSS template is more than enough. Comparing public-hugo-0.56.3/tags with public-hugo-0.57.0/tags one can see that the latter contains expired-tag/index.xml, which should not exist.
