Import external configuration from dependencies during ensure

Ensure should be modified so that solve looks for external configuration in dependencies. For example, if a dependency has a glide lock file and is using a specific revision for a dependency, we would attempt to preserve that as a preferred version (as a suggestion, not a hard requirement).
