Support version

Will dep support the version flag to print out current version ? The usage may be

$ dep --version
v1.0.0

Taking glide and govendor as references

• govendor

$ govendor --version
v1.0.8

• Glide

$ glide --version
glide version 0.12.1

I believe this is a duplicate of #209. We'll have this eventually, but not until a few more things are ironed out.
