ExternalContextCreator dependency missing

Hi there,

I'd love to try out this package as it seems to really fill the gap that the official NestJS microservice/rabbitmq transports are leaving.

Unfortunately I get the error that Nest can't resolve ExternalContextCreator as a dependency of RabbitMQModule.

I am importing the RabbitMQModule directly in the AppModule.

Version is latest (1.19.9).

I am on Nest 8.0.0 for @nestjs/common and @nestjs/core, could that be a problem since the master branch is on 6.0.1?
