Small Amount of Games Screen Scene Transitions Inaccurate #304

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playing any of the following games listed later

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see the transitions (changing of camera/moving to next scenes) act like the 
real console. Instead, the transitions are a little off.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v266, Windows XP


Please provide any additional information below.
The following games suffer from this issue:

-Donkey Kong 64 - Scene zipper transition is a little off (entering your 
savefile) [Scene blinks on, then blinks off, then the zipper comes, then the 
scene blinks on again. It should look like this @ 0:27

-Paper Mario - Scene transitions show a little flickering

Use "Read every frame" option

Try another emulator

For Donkey Kong, that worked, however, it's not completely accurate. It shows 
the scene first, then it turns black, and then the zipper comes up. The scene 
is not supposed to be shown first. The set of pics show what happens in order 
and the very first pic isn't supposed to happen.

Agreed. Currently I can't emulate it perfectly.
I accept this issue with low priority as a reminder.
