What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. delete texture cache folder
2. install texture pack and enable hires textures
3. open latest zelda oot 5.8 or mm community pack in pj64 or 1964

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
normal graphics with enhanced textures are expected.

Instead you see enhanced textures with massive blue color glitches everywhere.
This happens only with the final version. If you create a texture cache with an
older glide64 version which has exactly the same settings and then load it with
the latest glide64 final, everything is fine. But if the texture cache is
created with the final version, massive blue graphic glitches appear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win7 64 with nvidia GT555M

The plugin also crashes very often, especially on change from fullscreen to
window or when exiting the emulator.

This is not an issue with the code, its an issue with the way the glidehq.dll
you are using was built.

The emucr version has this issues for instance, while using the glidehq from
within https://glidehqplusglitch64.googlecode.com/files/Glide64_Final.zip does
not.

I'm not so sure, since I always used the Google code version.
