Describe the bug
Hi, i upgrade my osx version to Ventura recently and i found that filament can't be compiled successfully. Here is the log:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. upgrade osx version
2. run ./build.sh -i -p desktop release

Expected behavior
filament compiled successfully

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: [MAC M1, OSX Ventura 13.6.3]

Additional context
I found there is only python3 in my mac after i upgrade the osx version. Maybe these error is happened due to the lost python script in /usr/bin ? Here is the screenshot of /usr/bin:

By the way the filament version is 1.12.5.

I think if you have brew you can try brew install python, which will symlinkpython to python3. Or you could try doing the symlink yourself. (It's worked for me in the past.) Or try something like pyenv for something that does not require root.

Doesn't work~ However, I found the reason why filament can't be compiled successfully is PYTHON_EXECUTABLE can't be correctly identified in third_party/spirv-tools/source/CMakelist:

My machines don't have a python executable and can compile Filament successfully. Note that we make a change to the spriv-tools CMake file to always use Python3 on macOS:
