DownScale resolution on Android

My app using filament runs well on recent android phones, quite smoothly, but run very slowly on a phone abount 6 years ago. I found th app run in the full resoluiton, how can I downscale the reslution to 50% ? I try use Dynamic resolution to set both min max scale to 0.5, but it didn't work.
