Current version: 2.006

New available version: 2.007

Super short description of the upgrade:
Add support for Kaktovik numerals and Nine Pointed White Star

Bugs reported in this repo which this upgrade would fix:
none (bug was filed on noto symbols font repository directly instead)

For completeness, I saw that the font even in its current state doesn't seem to show up in the fallback chain? Filed at https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/289759016
