feature request: implement hwmon interface #5

Implement hwmon interface for /sys/class/apex/*/temp
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/v5.11/hwmon/hwmon-kernel-api.html
so any lmsensor / node_exporter implementations are able to monitor temperature.
