How can I build only lib (libjpeg) (under Windows) that can be used to replace existing libjpeg?
I am not interested in any tool-apps, since I have my own and I want just to test this compression update.
I have tried to use cmake, but in the build, I can see only jpegli-static which is not a direct replacement.
