Incorrect position in voiced sound marks on the key pad in Android #263

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Mozc 2.16.2007.103 (r470) into Android 5.0 and enable it.
2. Tap an text input area to show the IME.
3. Tap "は" key in the Mozc's key pad.

What is the expected output?
Hiragana-Katakana voiced sound mark and semi-voiced sound mark shown at the 
bottom-left of the Mozc's keypad are aligned with the guide square.  See the 
attached screen shot.

What do you see instead?
Hiragana-Katakana voiced sound mark and semi-voiced sound mark are mis-aligned. 
 See the attached screen shot.
