Many emojis are suggested from space

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Mozc 2.16.2011.103 to Nexus 5 / Android 5.0.1 (LRX22C) and enable it.
2. Tap any text field to show Mozc's software keyboard.
3. In 12-key mode, tap [、?。!] (at the bottom right) key 7 times.

What is the expected output?
Only half and full white spaces are suggested.

What do you see instead?
Lots of emoji are shown in addition to white spaces.  See the attached 
screenshot.
