Clearing user dictionary on the preference app will not take effect immediately.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a user dictionary entry, for example, reading: うまではない, word: アルパカ
2. Input the new word registered by 1 and make sure that it works.
3. Clear all user dictionary data from Clear history / User dictionary on the preference screen, not on the dictionary tool.
4. Input the new word again.

EXPECTED:

• After step 2, アルパカ is in the candidate list for input うまではない.
• After step 4, アルパカ is not in the candidate list for input うまではない.

ACTUAL:

• After step 2, アルパカ is in the candidate list for input うまではない.
• After step 4, アルパカ is in the candidate list for input うまではない.
