Hi, I'm trying to build locally and localize for Turkish.

I haven't run this in a long time and am getting build errors.. I also don't really have a good enough internet connection to run this. Anyone else have it working? Could you stand it up?

I'm not in a position to stand up an instance, but just throwing out a thought regarding the build errors: I think PF's still Python 2, so if you're trying to run anything with Python 3 that could explain a lot of errors.
