Environment details

  • OS type and version: Ubuntu 21.04
  • Python version: python --version: Python 3.9.5
  • pip version: pip --version: 22.1.2
  • google-auth-oauthlib version: pip show google-auth-oauthlib: 0.5.2

Steps to reproduce

get_user_credentials have minimum_port and maximum_port kwargs, but are not used in the find_open_port function.
